Pleasant
I liked the location. Easy access to everything.
They should change the bathroom curtain in my room because it already have molds. The floor carpet needs cleaning. Also the room has a funny weird smell like someone had cooked something.

Never again.
They returned my Apple watch which I left but only after I had to look for someone who could speak Japanese because they could not understand me when I initially called and when I tried to call them a second time equipped with Google translate already, they wouldn't answer my call anymore.
I messaged the property before check in to ensure our boking but got no feedback. Bed was itchy, dirty carpet, dusty tabletops. My asthma was triggered. When asked for extra pillows, they wouldn't give even if I was willing to pay. No staff could understand even just a little English as well.

Not a good experience. BTW, I tried to contact the hotel to ask some questions before I go abroad, but I got no response
The hotel helped me accept my delivery package from online store.

What was the highlight of HOTEL LiVEMAX Fukuoka Tenjin
Below expectations
I was able to keep my luggage until the evening after check-out, and the hotel receptionist kindly allowed me to use the telephone when I had to make an important call.
I booked a room for four people, but the room was way too small (even for two people in my opinion). With four people standing in the room, there was no more space to move. I strongly recommend booking a hotel at least one month in advance when visiting Fukuoka. The water did not drain quickly because the bathroom sink was clogged up. The part of the room next to the window was very cold at night even with heating.
